Happy July 4th!
As all of us celebrate the 4th of July, my wife and I have special reasons to celebrate this year.
In addition to our 15th wedding anniversary this week, my wife has just accepted a Professorship at the Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. Since last Saturday, we've been house hunting like crazy this week (we saw 33 homes in five days) and found our dream home in the Utah mountains. My wife will begin working in Mid-August, so we have a lot to do before then (i.e. moving, selling our home in Minnesota, etc.)

Cedar City is a small town surrounded by several National Parks and year-round golf. Before this week, neither of us had visited the area, but once we arrived felt like this was a good place to begin the next chapter of our life together.
It has been a very busy week for us and my apologies for the absence, but I will return on Monday as previously promised. I know that the market hasn't been easy to deal with this past week (what else is new?), but we'll try to figure out a game plan when I return.
I hope all of you have a Happy July 4th!
