Tail Chasing
If you were long the ugly ducklings in financials, homebuilders, and retail, you were able to see some profits today. Most everything else traded lower, especially some of the market's top performers.

If my email is any indication, a lot of traders are frustrated about chasing their tails this week without gaining much of an edge or seeing profits from their hard work. That's trading sometimes and it comes with game. Trying to get ahead of every blip and dip takes tremendous mettle, especially if it isn't producing a lot of bottom line profits in this kind of market.
Easier markets will come in due time. Be patient with yourself and the market until they do.
