Oil & Financials

Good morning and welcome to another options expiration.

Higher oil prices and weakness in the financials are weighing heavily on premarket sentiment especially in the absence of any fresh economic data.

Premarket gainers: HBAN, ROYL, POT, SYMX, JRCC, NCOC, HOKU, ENOC, FWLT, CSIQ, FSTR, YMI, OZRK, TS, HUBG, CYTK, GOLD, EXLS, MDR, & RIG.

Premarket losers: UAUA, SNDK, ABK, MBI, TONE, FDRY, SOHU, NVDA, CTSH, TRIN, ACH, FNM, SNP, FLE, RCL, CAL, CCL, IPHS, & ABK.

The "long energy, short financials" trade continues to pay even in spite of hope to the contrary. That said, much like other options expirations, we'll likely see more choppy action. Have a great Friday!
