The Infamous Death Cross

There was a fair amount of chatter last week about a technical indicator called the death cross. This indicator occurs when a simple 50-day moving average crosses down under the longer 200-day moving average. This cross recently occurred in the Dow. However, the problem, as Bill Carrigan reports, is that this indicator has a very poor track record. READ
