Bubble Exchange

housingdipsIt's been a theme I've written about many times before - Americans have exchanged one bubble (the stock market) for another (the housing market). The first one ended badly for so many, but the second is going to be a whole lot worse because it affects nearly everyone. As you can see from the chart, just like the stock market, corrections do occur in the housing market as well. Sarah Max at CNN Money asks whether Americans are now irrationally exuberant concerning the housing market and does a good job of listing some warning signs. READ
